From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Wilson followed stocks in the financial services, business services and real estate industries as a Research Analyst at Sutro & Company. DAVID L. JARRETT joined the U.S. Equity Research Depart-ment of Credit Lyonnais Securities in June 2000 as a Vice President, Senior Analyst covering the consumer sector, inclusive of building and building products. Prior to joining Credit Lyonnais, Mr. Jarrett covered the business service companies at Josephthal & Co. From 1993 to 1996, while at Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co., Mr. Jarrett was the Special Situations Analyst where he successfully completed two investment banking deals ' an IPO and a secondary offering. In the 1980s he successively worked at A.G. Becker, Paribas, Tucker Anthony & R.L. Day, and Dean Witter as a Special Situations Analyst. He began his sell-side career in the early 1970s at Goldman Sachs where he did research on investment banking clients for 11 years.
