JOHN R. SOUTER is a Director and Research Analyst at SG Cowen covering
the health care information technology industry. He has covered health
care services and technology companies, as well as e-health companies,
since 1997. Prior to joining SG Cowen, Mr. Souter was with William Blair
and Company as a health care Research Analyst. He received his BA in
Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA, with a
concentration in Finance, from Northwestern University's Kellogg

DAREN C. MARHULA, CFA, is a Senior Research Analyst in the Equity
Research Department of U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, Inc. He joined the
firm in April 1999 and focused his efforts on vendors of technology and
information to the healthcare setting, including traditional Health Care
Information Systems; emerging e-health; drug distributors and
pharmaceutical outsourcing. Previously, Mr. Marhula was a Senior
Research Analyst in the Dain Rauscher Wessels (formerly Wessels, Arnold
& Henderson, LLC) Equity Research Department since 1995. He received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in two majors, Accounting and Financial
