MARK L. CONSTANT is Senior Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst of brokers and asset managers at Lehman Brothers. He is a member of the Institutional Investor magazine 'All-America' Equity Research Team, garnering the highest attribute scores for stock selection and accessibility/responsiveness among ranked analysts in the brokers and asset managers category, in the most recent poll. He has also ranked four times among the 'Best on the Street' in The Wall Street Journal's annual Analysts Survey. In last year's contest, he placed number one in both stock picking and earnings forecasting, among all of the qualifying analysts in the securities brokerage sector. He received his MA degree in Business Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University, his MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University, and did post-graduate work in economics at New York University.
