RONALD A. MCINTOSH is President and Chief Executive Officer of Navigo
Energy, formerly Ventus Energy Ltd. Prior to that he was Senior Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer at Gulf Canada Resources from 2000
to 2001. He held the position of Vice President, Exploration and
International at PetroCanada from 1996 to 2000 and was Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer at Amerada Hess Canada from 1990
to 1996. Mr. McIntosh holds degrees in Geological Engineering and
Geology, and has more than 30 years of oil and gas experience in
executive management, exploration and production management and
technical roles. Mr. McIntosh's experience includes initiating and
developing an exploration program at Alberta Energy Corporation (AEC),
building Amerada Hess Canada from 18,000 Boepd to 38,000 Boepd, as well
as rejuvenating PetroCanada's Western Canadian production base and
