RICH MACCHIA is the Vice President, Finance and Administration,
and the Chief Financial Officer of Internet Security Systems,
Inc. (ISS). ISS is a unique and innovative global provider of

security services (MSS) provides a comprehensive approach to

the overall management of all financial, administrative, human

where he served as Senior Vice President, Finance of this
multinational financial services company. He has held key
executive management positions in two other public companies:
First Financial Management Corporation and MicroBilt Corporation.
