Reiner Triltsch – Westam

STEPHEN E. DOUD is Senior Portfolio Manager of WestAM's International Equity Group. He was a founding partner of Gulfstream Global Investors, Ltd., which was recently acquired by WestAM. Mr. Doud is a former Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Western Reserve Capital Management, Inc., the pension asset management subsidiary of The LTV Corporation. Prior to joining WRCM in April 1987, he spent nine years as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Charter Fund, a Dallas based equity mutual fund. Mr. Doud began his investment career in 1973. Following graduation from the University of Iowa in 1971 with major degrees in both Finance and Accounting, he earned an MBA degree from Southern Methodist University in 1975. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Dallas Association of Investment Analysts. Profile

Mr. Triltsch is a former Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Western Reserve Capital Management, Inc., the pension asset management subsidiary of The LTV Corporation. Prior to joining WRCM in September 1987, he was an analyst and Director-Special Projects with the Texas Teachers Retirement System in Austin, Texas. Mr. Triltsch began his investment management career in 1980. Mr. Triltsch received a BA in Liberal Studies, and an MBA and MA in Economics from Texas Christian University.
