PROSPECTS FOR SMALL CAP STOCKS: CAROLIE BURROUGHS – ING AELTUS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Carolie Burroughs is a portfolio manager for small cap strategies at ING Aeltus Investment Management. She has nine years of investment management experience. She joined ING in 1998 as assistant portfolio manager on the small cap equity team. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the fixed income department at Loomis Sayles and before that at Colonial Management Associates. She has conducted research on real estate securities for the Center for Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies at the University of Connecticut. She began her career as an actuary with The Hartford.
