Peter Stevenson – Globix Corporation (gbixq)

PETER K. STEVENSON joined Globix Corporation in April 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Stevenson has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry. Prior to joining Globix, Mr. Stevenson was a Senior Consultant to Communications Technology Advisors LLC, a restructuring boutique focusing on distressed telecommunications companies through the provision of strategic planning advice, restructuring assistance and overall business advice. Mr. Stevenson is Founder and currently CEO of Net One Group, Inc., a Northern Virginia- based telecom investment and management company involved in developing and operating next generation broadband services networks. Mr. Stevenson was a co-founder of Net Uno, one of the largest cable television, CLEC and ISP carriers in Venezuela and has served as a Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors of that company since January 2001. From January 1998 to February 2002, Mr. Stevenson was a Corporate Officer of Net Uno and President and Chief Operating Officer of Net Uno's Data and Telephone Group. From February 1996 to June 1998, Mr. Stevenson was Partner and Vice President for Wave International, an international telecom investment and management firm focused on developing companies in international markets. Prior to that Mr. Stevenson spent approximately 13 years as an executive at Bell Atlantic Corporation with his last assignment as Managing Director-Corporate Development.
