STEVE GELHAUS is an Associate Portfolio Manager and Equity Research
Analyst with GE Asset Management and a member of the US Large Cap Value
Equity Team. He assists Peter Hathaway in managing the US Large Cap
Value Equity Portfolio, as well as the GE Value Equity Fund.
Additionally, he has analyst responsibility for covering the consumer-
related and media/entertainment stocks. Mr. Gelhaus joined GE in 1989
and, prior to joining GE Asset Management in 1991, spent two years with
GE Capital's audit staff. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he holds a
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins
University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Profile
STEVE FIERSTEIN is an Associate Portfolio Manager and Equity Research
Analyst with GE Asset Management and a member of the US Large Cap Value
Equity Team. He assists Peter Hathaway in managing the US Large Cap
Value Equity Portfolio, as well as the GE Value Equity Fund.
Additionally, he has analyst responsibility for covering the Automotive
and Paper industries. Mr. Fierstein joined the General Electric
Financial Management Program in 1993, after graduating as valedictorian
from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
He served on the GE Audit Staff for three years with various national
and global assignments. During his tenure at GE, Mr. Fierstein has had
assignments in accounting, finance, risk management, quality, marketing,
sourcing and manufacturing at 16 different GE businesses in the US and

PETER HATHAWAY is a Senior Vice President of GE Asset Management and
heads the US Large Cap Value Equity Team. He is the lead Portfolio
Manager for the GE US Large Cap Value Equity Portfolio, as well as the
GE Value Equity Fund. Mr. Hathaway has more than 38 years of investment
experience and has been with GE Asset Management since 1985. He was a
Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Ameritrust from 1975 to
1985, and has previously held positions at Merrill Lynch, Equitable Life
and US Trust. Mr. Hathaway holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from
Arizona State University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the
