STUART E. TEACH serves as the Senior Equity Portfolio Manager for the employee benefit programs at National Rural Electric Cooperative Association and at RE Advisers for the Homestead Value Fund and Small- Company Stock Fund. The combined market value of all the portfolios he manages is over $1.7 billion. He serves as an officer for RE Advisers Corporation and RE Investment Corporation. He formerly held the position of Vice President and Trust Investment Officer at AmSouth Bank, NA, in Birmingham, Alabama. Before that, he was a Trust Investment Officer at the First National Bank and Trust Company in Hamilton, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. PETER R. MORRIS has been the Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at National Rural Electric Cooperative Association since 1978 and is also the Vice President and Director of Investments at RE Advisers Corporation. He joined NRECA in 1974 as an Investment Analyst and now oversees the investment of over $7.1 billion in benefit program assets (managed both in-house and by outside money managers), RE Advisers Corp. and Homestead Funds, Inc. He serves as an officer for RE Advisers Corporation, RE Investments Corporation and the Homestead Funds Board of Directors. In addition, he is on the Advisory Boards of Saugatuck Capital Company and RFE Investment Partners. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research, the Washington Society of Investment Analysts and the Washington Investment Forum.
