OUTLOOK FOR THE DEFENSE SECTOR: DAVID BAKER – STANFORD GROUP COMPANY

GENERAL DAVID E. BAKER (RET.), an Analyst at Stanford Group Company, covers the aerospace/defense sector; national security policy/strategy; technology related to global information operations for commercial and military purposes; and the war on terror, including cyber-terrorism. He was a highly decorated combat veteran fighter pilot and most recently served on the Joint Chiefs of Staff as the Deputy Director of Operations. In addition, the General flew over 20 combat missions in the F-15E during Operation Desert Storm. He received a BBA from Hofstra University and an MBA from the University of Hawaii (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a 1996 graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) executive program and an alumnus of the Collge de la Defnse Nationale (Canada), the Defense Institute for Security Assistance Management and the Air War College.
