TWST: In this economy, what is going on with the restaurants? Steve West is a Vice President and Equity Analyst with Stifel, Nicolaus &
Company, Inc. He joined Stifel in 2007 as the Restaurant analyst. Before joining
Stifel Nicolaus, he was the restaurant and food distribution analyst for A.G.
Edwards. He was also a financial analyst for Procter & Gamble, and prior to that
served as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy. He received his
Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval
Academy and his Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration
in Finance, from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St.
