OUTLOOK FOR BUSINESS SERVICES: CHRISTOPHER GUTEK – MORGAN STANLEY

Christopher Gutek, a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, joined the firm in August 1997 following business school. He has covered the business services sector since April 1999, and he previously covered the engineering and construction sector from January 1998 to March 1999. During business school, he worked as an equity analyst summer intern at Putnam Investments. Prior to business school, he spent five years working as a chemical engineer. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1990 and his MBA from MIT Sloan in 1997. In 1999, he was listed as a 'Best Up and Comer' for the engineering and construction sector in the Institutional Investor poll.
