CHRIS A. DAVIS has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of ONI Systems since May 2000. Prior to ONI, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative officer for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a designer, developer and manufacturer of advanced intercontinental business jet airplanes; and Vice President of its parent company General Dynamics. She was also a member of Gulfstreams Board of Directors before General Dynamics acquired the company in 1999. Before joining Gulfstream in 1993, Ms. Davis spent 17 years at General Electric Company, where she held various managerial and executive positions. She attended the University of Florida, where she received a Masters degree in Finance and Statistics and a Bachelors degree in Finance.
