NICHOLAS D. GERBER is the Portfolio Manager with Ameristock
Mutual Fund, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Portfolio
Manager with Bank of America Capital Management in their Index
Investment Management area and was previously Managing Director '
Marc Stevens Futures Index Fund. Mr. Gerber has been in the
investment business since 1984. He was a Floor Trader on the New
York Futures Exchange. Mr. Gerber earned a BA from Skidmore
College and an MBA in Finance from the University of San
