MARK SANTORA is Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing at
Network Appliance, Inc. Mr. Santora joined Network Appliance in
August 1994 as Director of western area sales and was promoted to
Vice President of North American sales. Most recently, Mr.
Santora was named Senior Vice President of Marketing, responsible
for worldwide product marketing, market development, and
corporate communications strategies at Network Appliance. Mr.
Santora has 18 years of sales management experience in the
computer industry, most recently as Director of Sales for
workgroup products at Cisco Systems. Prior to that, he was
director of western area sales at Crescendo Communications,
before its acquisition by Cisco. Mr. Santora also served as Sales
Director for MIPS Computer Systems and District Sales Manager for
Sun Microsystems. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer
