MARK R. ROSENZWEIG joined BTU International, Inc., as President and
Chief Executive Officer in July 2002 from The BOC Group, where he worked
for the past 12 years, most recently as Chief Executive of BOC Edwards
America, with annual sales of approximately $500 million. BOC Edwards is
the semiconductor arm of The BOC Group, a supplier of materials,
equipment and services to both original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
and end-user semiconductor companies. Prior to BOC, he was President and
CEO of Datamarine International, a NASDAQ listed marine electronics
company and previous to that he was a Corporate Vice President with M/A
COM, where he was instrumental in integrating the Adams Russell
acquisition into a $100 plus million division. Mr. Rosenzweig is a
graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a BS in Electrical
