Louis Steiner – Commercial National Financial Corporation (cnaf)

LOUIS T. STEINER, President and Chief Executive Officer at Commercial National Bank of Pennsylvania, began his banking career in 1984 with Marine National Bank in Pleasantville, NJ. He worked there as a Credit Analyst and Credit Department Manager until joining Commercial National in 1988. At the community bank based in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, Mr. Steiner has served for various periods as Banking Officer, Compliance Officer, Credit Services Manager, Assistant Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Business Development. In 1995, he was named Vice Chairman of Commercial National before becoming the bank's Chief Executive Officer in 1997 and President in 1998. He also holds the same positions with the bank's parent company, Commercial National Financial Corporation. Mr. Steiner earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance in 1983 from Saint Vincent College, Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and in 1996 completed the Stonier Graduate School of Banking program conducted at the University of Delaware. He completed additional professional course work with the Central Atlantic School of Bank Operations at Rutgers University in 1989, and in 1990 graduated from National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Steiner serves as a Trustee on the Boards of the Latrobe Industrial Development Authority, Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare and United Way of Westmoreland County. Profile
