LESLIE JEZUIT – QUIXOTE CORPORATION (QUIX)

LESLIE J. JEZUIT is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quixote Corporation. He joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer in January 1996 and was elected to the Board of Directors in May 1997. In October 1999, he assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer and on July 30, 2001, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Quixote he was President and Chief Operating Officer of RobertShaw Controls Company, a division of Siebe Group (now Invensys Plc.). He has also held the position of Vice President and General Manager, Industrial Control and Power Distribution Operations Worldwide of Eaton Corporation. Mr. Jezuit was Vice President of Corporate Development with Federal Signal Corporation, Vice President of Marketing with Mead Digital Systems and Manager, Strategic Planning, Commercial Systems at Rockwell International. He is a Vice Chairman and member of the Executive Committee of the American Highway Users Alliance. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Profile
