KEITH B. HALL is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of LendingTree, Inc. He directs LendingTree's financial,
legal and human resource areas. He spent the majority of his 23-
year career in various financial positions of increasing
responsibility at United Technologies Corporation, including
Chief Financial Officer for Carrier North America, a $2 billion
division which he helped turn around. Mr. Hall served as Chief
Financial Officer for two software and services companies, Legent
Corporation and, more recently, Broadway & Seymour, Inc. Mr. Hall
received his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business
Administration from Coe College, where he was distinguished as a
Baker Scholar. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School
