JOHN J. TODD serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating
Officer at SONICblue, Inc. Previously, Mr. Todd served as Gateway Inc.'s
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, with global
responsibility for managing the company's financial affairs, including
operational finance, tax, audit, treasury and financial systems as well
as structuring a series of investments and partnerships. Prior to
Gateway, Mr. Todd served as Chief Financial Officer for AppliedSignal
Engines, a $3 billion business unit of AppliedSignal, Chief Financial
Officer for Boston Market and held executive financial and business
planning roles for Pepsico. Mr. Todd received his BS from Longwood
