Loren M. Starr, CTP, serves as the Senior Managing Director and CFO of Invesco Ltd., both positions he has held since October 2005. Previously he served from 2001 to 2005 as Senior Vice President and CFO of Janus Capital Group Inc., after working as Head of Corporate Finance from 1998 to 2001 at Putnam Investments. Prior to these positions, Mr. Starr held senior corporate finance roles with Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Starr received a B.A. in chemistry, a B.S. in industrial engineering, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Columbia University.
