Malcolm W. Sherman is currently President, CEO and Vice Chairman of Delta Mutual, Inc., a public company engaged in the oil and gas business in Argentina, Indonesia and the U.S. He is also President of Security System International LLC, a company that provides security systems for government buildings, industrial facilities, oil refineries and other facilities in the Middle East. From May 2000 to July 2005, Mr. Sherman served as Director of Marketing for ZAFF International Ltd., a Saudi Arabian technology company. During his career, Mr. Sherman also served as a director of two public companies. He was a member of the founding team of TASER International, Inc., and served on its board of directors from 1993 to 1999. He also served as Executive Vice President of Ronco, Inc., a public company from 1981 to 1989. Mr. Sherman was also Vice President of Republic Pictures International, Inc.
