MURRAY J. ARENSON, First Vice President, is an Equity Research Analyst with Morgan Keegan & Company covering the Digital Media and Entertainment Industry. Mr. Arenson was rated the Number One Cable and Entertainment analyst in The Wall Street Journal 1999 All-Star Analyst Survey. He was also named to The Wall Street Journal's 1999 Home-Run Hitters Team, ranking Number Four among Analysts (in all industries) with highest 1998 portfolio returns. Mr. Arenson has been widely quoted in trade, financial, and general media, including CNBC, Investor's Business Daily, New York Newsday, Los Angeles Times, Bloomberg News, Cable World and MultiChannel News. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, Mr. Arenson was a Senior Vice President and equity research analyst with Hoak Breedlove Wesneski & Co. Mr. Arenson's coverage at HBW was concentrated on cable television and related interactive services and technologies. Prior to HBW, Mr. Arenson was an Associate Analyst with Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. Prior to joining Rauscher, Mr. Arenson was a Financial Writer for C.V. Lemmon & Co., Inc., where he was responsible for preparing prospectuses for private debt and equity placements. Prior to his tenure with C.V. Lemmon, Mr. Arenson spent four years with Nielsen Media Research working in the Client Services and Field Operations divisions.
