Cornelis Vlooswijk joined the Robeco emerging markets team in June 2008 and is the Fund Manager of the Robeco Afrika Fund, which was launched that month. Previously, he worked for Robeco as an investment strategist focusing on North America and emerging markets since 2005. Prior to this, he worked for Credit Suisse First Boston in London as an investment-banking analyst in the Global Industrials & Services Group focusing on the transport and logistics sector.
