GEORGE A. ROCHE, who joined T. Rowe Price in 1968, is Chairman of the
Board of Directors and President of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He
also serves as Chairman of the Management Committee and the Executive
Committee of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. and is a Vice President and
Director of Rowe Price-Fleming International, Inc. In addition to his
corporate responsibilities, Mr. Roche also serves on the Boards of the
Greater Baltimore Committee and the Walters Art Gallery. He earned a
B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business
