FRANK SULLIVAN – RPM INTERNATIONAL INC (RPM)

FRANK C. SULLIVAN is President and Chief Executive Officer of RPM International Inc. Mr. Sullivan was appointed as RPM's Chief Executive Officer in October 2002, prior to which he held various positions at RPM, starting with his first position in 1987 as Regional Sales Manager at RPM's joint-venture AGR Company to his election as the company's Vice President of Corporate Development in 1991, to Chief Financial Officer in 1993, to Executive Vice President in 1995, as well as earning the positions as President and Chief Operating Officer in 1999 and 2001 respectively. Prior to Mr. Sullivan's employment at RPM, he held various positions in the areas of commercial lending and corporate finance at Harris Bank and First Union National Bank from 1983 to 1987. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina as a Morehead Scholar in 1983. Mr. Sullivan serves on the Boards of RPM International Inc., The Timken Company, The Cleveland Foundation, the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's Digestive Disease Center Leadership Board, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and is a board member of the Greater Cleveland Partnership. Mr. Sullivan is also a graduate of the Greater Cleveland Growth Association's 2001 Leadership Cleveland Class.
