DAVID BREINER is a Managing Director in equity research with Bear
Stearns where he tracks the infrastructure and systems management
software sector. He has followed the enterprise software industry
for seven years, most recently with Prudential Volpe Technology.
Prior to his research career, he held engineering and marketing
roles in communications technology. He received his BS and MBA
