DONALD ENGEL was an Investment Banker, Managing Director with Drexel
Burnham Lambert from 1978 until 1990. Mr. Engel served as a Consultant
to Bear Stearns & Co. from June 1991 to June 1993. Mr. Engel is
currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hi-Rise Recycling
Systems Inc. Mr. Engel served as Director of the following companies:
Revlon Group, McAndrews & Forbes, National Can, Triangle Ind., Uniroyal
Chemical, Banner Ind., Rexnord, Seminole Kraft Corp., Levitz, Stone
