DAVID SANKARAN is Vice President of Investor Relations for
PeopleSoft, Inc. Mr. Sankaran oversees the company's
communication program with financial analysts and investors.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Sankaran served as Vice President
of Finance for PeopleSoft's Global Operations group where he was
responsible for the accounting, forecasting, reporting and
business analysis teams. Mr. Sankaran directed the efforts of
more than 100 finance and operations employees on four
continents, including finance controllers in 12 geographic
regions. Additionally, he managed groups in the Corporate
Pricing, Sales Systems and Sales Compensation departments. Prior
to joining PeopleSoft, Mr. Sankaran was Vice President and
Corporate Controller for Affymetrix, Inc., a global leader in the
genomics industry. He has also held positions such as Director of
Finance and Division Controller at Chiron Corporation, Raychem
