DAVID FERRARO – BUCKEYE TECHNOLOGIES INC (BKI)

DAVID B. FERRARO became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Buckeye Technologies Inc. on April 1, 2003. Until that time, Mr. Ferraro served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Buckeye since the company was formed in 1993. He joined Buckeye's predecessor company, Buckeye Cellulose, a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, in 1973. He was appointed Buckeye Cellulose's Executive Vice President and Manager of Commercial Operations in 1987 and became President of the subsidiary in 1989. Mr. Ferraro has been active in various forest products industry trade associations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the American Forest & Paper Association and the Board of Governors of the National Council of the Paper Industry for Air and Stream Improvement. Profile
