STEPHEN J. J. LETWIN, Group Vice President, Gas Strategy and Corporate
Development at Enbridge Inc. Mr. Letwin is responsible for energy distribution
operations, including oversight of Enbridge Gas Distribution and
Enbridge Gas New Brunswick. He is also responsible for the
planning and business development functions, including mergers
and acquisitions. Mr. Letwin joined Enbridge as President and
Chief Operating Officer, Energy Services, in 1999, and was
responsible for leading the relatively new retail energy services
business unit to profitability, and for its subsequent sale.
Prior to that he held senior executive positions with a number of
companies in the energy transmission, exploration and production
sectors.

Mr. Gruending: Our business portfolio core is built on two
primary businesses. The
