TERENCE YAP has served as Chief Financial Officer of China Security & Surveillance Technology since January 2007, and as Director and Vice Chairman since March 2006. Mr. Yap was the President, CEO and a Director of Digital Network Alliance International, Inc., a Delaware company engaged in the business of providing satellite Internet connections to customers in the Asia Pacific region, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Mongolia, as well as in providing managed broadband services to commercial office buildings and apartment buildings in Singapore and Hong Kong. Digital Network Alliance International, Inc., is a U.S. reporting company.
