STEVE ARTHUR joined RBC Capital Markets in September 2000 from
another bank-owned investment dealer. He has followed the
software and e-commerce sector as an analyst since early 1997.
Prior to joining the investment industry, he spent nine years in
senior product management, R&D and business development roles at
Canadian and US-based software vendors. Mr. Arthur holds a
