BRIAN L. REACH has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Globix Corporation since September 1999. Between May 1997 and
August 1999, Mr. Reach served as the Chief Financial Officer of IPC
Communications, a provider of integrated telecommunications equipment
and services to the financial industry. During his tenure at IPC, Mr.
Reach successfully guided the company through its leveraged
recapitalization and financially restructured the company, enabling it
to invest in strategic acquisitions and next-generation technologies.
Prior to IPC, Mr. Reach was the Chief Financial Officer of Celadon Group
Inc. and Cantel Industries Inc. Mr. Reach is a Certified Public
Accountant and received his BS in Accounting from the University of
