ANTHONY R. MULLER is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of JDS Uniphase Corporation, a manufacturer of components
and modules for fiberoptic communications. Mr. Muller joined JDS
Uniphase in January 1998 after serving on the company's Board of
Directors for 14 years. From September 1996 to January 1998, he
served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial officer of
Micro Focus Group Plc., a supplier of software tools. Mr. Muller
has held senior financial and operations positions with
manufacturers of telecommunications systems, lasers and optics,
and semiconductor equipment. Mr. Muller earned a BA degree from
the University Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from Stanford
University. He is a Director of WebEx Communications and will
join the Silicon Graphics Board in January 2003. Profile
