Brian Scott is the Chief Financial Officer at AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. Mr. Scott joined the company in 2003, and he has served in a variety of financial and operational roles, including overseeing all accounting operations, SEC reporting and serving as President of AMN's pharmacy staffing division. Most recently, Mr. Scott served as the Senior VP of Operations Finance and M&A, and he was responsible for managing the corporate financial planning and business development activities of the company. His responsibilities included overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, valuation and due diligence. Previously, he served as a Partner at a midsized CPA firm in San Diego and as Controller at a biotechnology company. Mr. Scott began his career in San Francisco at KPMG LLP, specializing in high tech and health care companies. He has been a CPA (inactive) since 1996. Mr. Scott earned a bachelor's degree in acccounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
