Timothy McHugh, CFA, Partner, joined William Blair & Company, L.L.C., in 2002, and is a Global Services Analyst specializing in the consulting, HR technology, information services and staffing sectors. Previously, Mr. McHugh was a Senior Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Mr. McHugh was named the number one earnings estimator in professional services for 2008 in the Financial Times/StarMine “World’s Top Analysts” listing.
