A Multimanager Approach To Large-cap Investing – Cynthia Thatcher & Wyatt Crumpler – American Beacon Advisors, Inc.

Wyatt Crumpler serves as Vice President of Asset Management for American Beacon Advisors, Inc., and is responsible for overseeing AMR Corporation's pension plan investments and the outside investment advisors to the American Beacon funds. Prior to joining American Beacon, Mr. Crumpler served as the Managing Director of Corporate Accounting at American Airlines, Inc. He joined American in 1994, and he held a variety of jobs in the finance, international planning, information technology and accounting departments. Mr. Crumpler earned a B.S. from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Duke University. Prior to business school, he worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant.Cynthia Thatcher, CFA, joined American Beacon Advisors, Inc., in December 1999, and she serves as Portfolio Manager of Asset Management. Ms. Thatcher is responsible for asset management department activities associated with several American Beacon funds, including the American Beacon Large Cap Growth Fund, the American Beacon S&P 500 Index Fund, the American Beacon Small Cap Index Fund, the American Beacon International Equity Index Fund, the American Beacon Retirement Income & Appreciation Fund and the American Beacon Evercore Small Cap Equity Fund. Ms. Thatcher's professional experience includes eight years as a Financial Consultant, and more recently sales planning at Sabre, Inc.
