William T. Geritz

WILLIAM (RICK) GERITZ is the President and General Manager for SafeNet,
Inc., responsible for overall product strategy and engineering including
software, silicon and enterprise business. Mr. Geritz spent over 10
years at ICARUS Corporation (a division of Aspen Technologies) where he
held several strategic executive management positions. In his most
recent role as Executive Vice President, Mr. Geritz was responsible for
the company’s worldwide product strategy. In this position, he
orchestrated the company’s business model by integrating its leading
Knowledge Base (Kbase) engineering software with other leading
technologies, positioning ICARUS as the de facto standard technology in
the market space. Prior to this role, Mr. Geritz was Vice President of
ICARUS, where he built the international sales channel through direct
sales and resellers.
