William M. Tatham

William M. Tatham, President & CEO, founded Janna Systems Inc. in 1990
as a management consulting firm providing large-scale systems
architecture, project management and organizational change services to
the financial services industry. Today, Janna Systems designs, develops,
markets and supports enterprise e-business Relationship Management ‘
(eRM) solutions. The company sells to, and supports major clients in the
financial services industry. Under Mr. Tatham’s leadership, Janna has
grown to employ more than 200 people in Canada, the United States and
Europe, with revenues of over $19 million in 1999. This represents a
compound annual growth rate of 99% over the past five years ‘ growth
that has earned the company recognition from Profit Magazine, Oracle,
Deloitte and Touche and Microsoft. Prior to founding Janna Systems, Mr.
Tatham was a Senior Manager in Andersen Consulting’s Toronto office for
the Advanced Technologies and Financial Services practices. He has a
Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Systems Design Engineering from
the University of Waterloo, Canada.
