Jeff Thramann, M.D., is the Executive Chairman and Director at Aclarion Inc. He oversees strategic initiatives, capitalization, and governance at the company. Dr. Thramann is a serial entrepreneur who has founded consumer and medtech companies such as Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ:AUUD,) Lanx, LLC (sold to Biomet Inc. November 2013,) ProNerve, LLC. (sold to Waud Capital Partners 2012), and U.S. Radiosurgery (sold to Alliance Healthcare Services (NASDAQ:AIQ) April 2011.) Dr. Thramann is also an accomplished neurosurgeon who founded and was a senior partner of Boulder Neurosurgical Associates, a neurosurgical practice serving Boulder County, Colorado. Dr. Thramann is the named inventor on over 100 U.S. and international issued and pending patents. He completed his neurosurgical residency and complex spinal reconstruction fellowship at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, and is a graduate of Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering management at the U. S. Military Academy in West Point, New York.
