Stanley B. Kinsey

STANLEY B. KINSEY is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NTN
Communications, Inc. He has been a member of the NTN Communications
Board of Directors since November 1997 and was appointed Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of the company in October 1998. From 1980 to
1985, he was an executive with The Walt Disney Company, most recently as
Senior Vice President of Operations and New Technologies for the Walt
Disney Studio. In 1985, Mr. Kinsey left Disney to co-found IWERKS
Entertainment, a leading high-technology entertainment company, where he
was chairman and CEO from its inception until 1995. During his tenure,
IWERKS became broadly recognized for creating a new field of virtual
reality theaters and entertainment centers at sites around the world.
The company did an initial public offering in 1993. In 1995, Mr. Kinsey
took a three-year sabbatical to spend more time with his family while
remaining active on the boards of three new media companies and two
nonprofit organizations. Mr. Kinsey holds a BA from DePaul University in
Greencastle, Indiana, where he majored in Mathematics and was named to
the 1976 Division III All-America golf team. Between 1976 and 1980 he
worked as an Associate/Analyst with Andersen Consulting and in the
corporate finance group of Goldman Sachs in New York. Mr. Kinsey
received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
