Roger Talermo

ROGER TALERMO is President and Chief Executive Officer of Amer Group
Plc. He has been a Member of the Board since 1996. He is also a Member
of the board of TeliaSonera AB. Mr. Talermo has a B.Sc. majors in
Business Administration and Marketing and an M.Sc. (Econ) in
International & Industrial Marketing from the Swedish School of
Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki, Finland.
