ROBERT RANIERI has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice
President of NuCo2, Inc. since March 1997, and the Director since
August, 1998. Prior to joining the Company in January, 1994, Mr. Ranieri
was the Owner and Operator of 1649 Restaurant Corporation from 1990 to
1993. Mr. Ranieri has a B.A. degree from George Washington University.
