Ralph C. Shive

Ralph C. Shive, Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of
1st Source Investment Advisors, has been in the investment
management field since 1975 and joined 1st Source in 1989. Prior
to joining 1st Source, he managed a private family portfolio in
Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in
1975 and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. As
the Chief Investment Officer of 1st Source Investment Advisors,
he is responsible for the development of investment philosophy
for the firm. He serves as portfolio manager for the Monogram
Income Equity Fund and other large value style investment
portfolios managed by 1st Source. He has repeatedly received
national recognition as one of the top portfolio managers in the
United States by The Wall Street Journal, U. S. News & World
Report magazine, Bank Investment Marketing magazine and others.
For two consecutive years, Mr. Shive has been recognized by The
Wall Street Journal as one of the top 10 equity income managers
in the United States. He is a frequent speaker at seminars,
conferences and educational events.
