Paul A. Lacy

PAUL A. LACY, as Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief
Financial Officer, oversees Kronos’ financial, legal, IS, tax, leasing,
business development, human resources and facilities operations. Under
Mr. Lacy’s direction, Kronos filed an initial public offering in 1992,
and today is a $293 million software company, which has consistently
achieved revenue growth and profitability. Mr. Lacy joined Kronos in
1988 from Remanco Systems Corporation. During his career, he also held
positions such as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Bird,
Incorporated, as well as tax and legal counsel and Assistant Treasurer
at Bose Corporation. Mr. Lacy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
from Boston College and Juris Doctor in Law from Boston College Law
School. He is a CPA and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
