Mark Yeager

Mark Yeager currently serves as Vice Chairman, President and COO of Hub Group, Inc. In his present capacity, Mr. Yeager has management responsibility for Hub Group’s sales, highway, logistics, intermodal operations and administrative groups. Mr. Yeager has worked at Hub Group since 1992, serving as President – Field Operations from June 1999 to December 2004. Mr. Yeager served as Division President from November 1997 to June 1999 and as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel from March 1995 to November 1997. From May 1992 to March 1995, Mr. Yeager served as the company’s Vice President – Quality. Prior to joining Hub Group in 1992, Mr. Yeager was an Associate at the law firm of Grippo & Elden LLC from January 1991 through May 1992 and an Associate at the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP from May 1989 through January 1991. Mr. Yeager earned a B.A. from Indiana University in 1986 and a J.D. from Georgetown University in 1989.
