Mark Weber is the Lead Portfolio Manager of the Scout Emerging Markets Fund for Scout Investments. He joined the firm in 2008 and has 11 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Scout Investments, he served as an Analyst for European equities at Morningstar UK Ltd. Mr. Weber was also an Equities Analyst for Morningstar, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in modern history from Oxford University and his MBA from the University of Kansas. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of CFA Society Kansas City, as well as the CFA Institute.
