M. Evan Price, who was Chairman of CO2 Solutions Inc. since October 2008, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2013. Mr. Price is an experienced international business executive who has held leadership positions in a broad variety of industries, including advanced technologies, hospitality and forestry. He holds an MBA with honors from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France; a B.S. in forestry engineering from Laval University; and a certificate of corporate governance from Laval University.
